He specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. His primary focus is on treating clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and suicidal ideation. Tracy Shoriak our wellness coach, is a certified life coach with a background in nutrition and fitness, making her the perfect guide for your holistic wellness journey. Our staff is trained in various sound healing modalities and use their skills to help clients achieve deep relaxation and emotional balance through sound therapy.
